For this recipe I used skin-on slices about 1/3rd of a pound each.
Wrap salmon in foil with 2 tablespoons of butter. Season the top of the fish with a pinch of salt, black pepper to taste, Mesquite seasoning not too much just a light covering, a touch of creole, and three slices of lime bake placed directly on top of the fish at 450 for 15 minutes or till done. It is fantastic. Serve with a side of your choice and a slice of lime I chose Parmesan noodles one mine but brown rice also goes very well with it.
